Team Members	Summary of findings
Team 1: Aide Bill Carmen Eva	We learn that the student plays the role of discovering the concept of the lesson. The lesson should be very specific and have a goal. It is good to show an example to students, but the students are going to think about how to think and engage. We also learn that this lesson takes longer because the students are going to take the time in order to learn and get to the answer by themselves.
Team 2: Catherine Christina   Janie   Roy	Allow group work, use prior knowledge, keep the focus on the students and different subject may be easier to create inductive lessons.
Team 3: Courtney Fabian Michael (Mike) Miguel	Tell the students what type of lesson is being taught, present skills to learn, use prior knowledge (to build) and must have plenty of examples.
